Press Release
In-Depth Look at Anti-Corruption in China from Key Players in Industry and Government

Corruption is a grave social problem afflicting every society, costing the global economy an estimated 2% of annual GDP. In recent years, authorities have been more vigilant in enforcing anti-corruption laws, working in partnership with non-profit organizations and multinationals to tackle persistent corruption at every stage of the supply chain, from vendors and intermediaries, to service providers and distributors. In China, a vigorous anti-corruption campaign has made substantial progress, and companies have taken bold steps to adapt to the new enforcement environment.

With the goal of assisting companies in designing and implementing anti-corruption compliance measures, Duxes will host the 12th China Anti-Corruption Compliance Summit 2018 on October 25-26 in Shanghai. The two-day summit will bring together leaders in the field, representing multinationals, government agencies, and civil society institutions, to discuss the anti-corruption enforcement environment in China and around the world, as well as detail best compliance practices. Speakers will address the latest FCPA and global enforcement trends, healthcare industry-specific compliance issues, third party due diligence, risk management, internal investigations and auditing, drawing from firsthand experiences in the field.

The 12th China Anti-Corruption Compliance Summit 2018 furthers Duxes’ decade-long commitment to assisting companies in combating corruption, and facilitating exchange between private and public sector institutions. Professionals working in compliance, for law and consulting firms, or in related fields, are invited to attend.
